This frame is one of the last records of what the interior of Lentvaris Palace looked like after the Neo-Gothic reconstruction initiated in 1899 by Vladislovas Tiškevičius (exhibits No. 38, 44, 50), before the war touched it. The palace's later fate — abandoned, turned into barracks — is shown in exhibits No. 18, 19 and 27.
The animation slowly zooms in on the marble bust, as though the viewer's gaze were being drawn, of its own accord, toward this one detail of an interior that now survives only in an old photograph.
