Every detail of her bridal attire is visible: several strands of pearls at her throat, a diamond tiara in her hair, and a gown densely embroidered with beadwork.
At the bottom of the card, the number 330 and the photographer Mieczkowski's stamp mark this as one of several photographs from the same sitting. Such ceremonial portraits with an ermine mantle were traditional bridal attire for the aristocracy — in 1892, Maria Krystyna married Count Vladislovas Tyszkiewicz and became mistress of the Lentvaris estate.
